Ubisoft sent out a press release today that dates South Park: The Fractured but Whole for October 17 - exactly five months from now. Then it got pushed to Q1 of 2017 to allow for development time, but was once again delayed on February 9. This was revealed with a brand new trailer: "The Farting Vigilante".

The game is being written by South Park creator Trey Parker and Matt Stone and is the sequel to the hugely popular 2013 game South Park: The Stick of Truth.

The hotly anticipated follow-up to 2014's hit RPG The Stick of Truth will be available for Xbox One, Sony PS4 and Windows PC simultaneously.

South Park season 21 will premiere August 23 on Comedy Central.

With crime on the rise the Colorado town, it is up to The Coon and Friends to save the day as they battle evil villains and create the best superhero franchise ever.

The highly-anticipated South Park: The Fractured But Whole finally has a release date after a lengthy delay that sent fans crying. This delay also came with Ubisoft having to refund pre-orders of The Fractured But Whole and revoke access to copies of The Stick of Truth gained through these pre-orders. The Fractured But Whole will take players through the origins of each heroes roots, assemble their costumes, and harness what are described as "fart-based powers". If you pre-order the game, you'll get Towelie as your exclusive "in-game assistant". The streets of South Park aren't as safe as they used to be, and even the most seasoned South Park veteran will need help.
