Speaking with GameSpot, Playful's Paul Bettner-who is developing the game on Xbox One X as well-shared his thoughts on the upcoming system.

This of course hasn't slipped the minds of the powers that be at Microsoft - particularly given that the new Xbox One X will be sold alongside the Xbox One S at just $250. Xbox also revealed that "Gears of War 4,"Forza Horizon 3,"Minecraft,"Resident Evil 7", "Final Fantasy 15,"Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands", "Rocket League" and dozens of other popular Xbox One games will receive free updates to take full advantage of the power of Xbox One X". But it seems that Microsoft does not have anything concrete to justify buying One X.

"Xbox empowers game developers large and small to create different types of games for every type of player", Spencer said. What's more - it looks like Xbox One X is better than Microsoft's arch rival Sony PS4 Pro for developers!

The role-playing game that helped define a generation of console titles just like it, Fable is an infamous Xbox experience which didn't deliver the huge world it promised, but managed to capture our hearts with memorable moments packed into the game's short campaign. This made the game a flawless candidate for one of Xbox Live's first online multiplayer games, one which would be great to see again on Xbox One. And that's where we started with Xbox One X. Video game consoles typically aren't what make money in the video game business - it's the games, accessories, and services that make the money.

Spencer knows that there will be people who are willing to buy the Xbox One X even at its steep price, and those are mostly rich folks who want a premium experience. The tech giant touted the update of the Xbox One as the "world's most powerful console" that features 6 teraflops of graphical power and supports 4K gaming and virtual reality.

That seems a bit flimsy, since PlayStation 4 Pro is now priced at $399 and delivers 4K visuals for a number of its games. Most of their fighters so far have been console exclusive.

One might ask, "Why can't company X release an extremely powerful console with top-of-the-line specs that could blow any gaming console out of the water?"

While Xbox One X might have an edge over PS4 Pro on several fronts, much of that is lost against Nintendo Switch. He also commented on the tools and the support, saying that they are the most advanced he's ever seen. Despite the changes, they are still being constrained if we are to go by the rumors. Hardcore gamers, who are apparently the most suitable adopters of this console will find it hard to pick it when it launches in November.
